Evologic Technologies Receives Funding from European Innovation Council

Wieland Reichelt, CEO, Evologic

Evologic Technologies has announced that the company has been selected for funding under the European Innovation Council EIC Pilot (Formerly SME Phase II grant by the European Commission), one of the most competitive grants in Europe.

Evologic is unlocking the potential of microbial bio-actives (biostimulants and biopesticides) to feed the world of tomorrow. Using pharma production technologies enables Evologic to bring unmet product quality at low costs to crop-yield enhancing bio-actives. Its first product Arbuscular Endomycorrhizal Fungi (AMF), increases yields on the field and allows to save water. Its proprietary bioreactor allows, for the first time, the cost-efficient production of AMF to help farmers world-wide to grow more with less.

This highly competitive grant will greatly facilitate the scale-up of Evologic’s production capacity and accelerate market entry.

Wieland Reichelt, CEO at Evologic is participating at the World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit Technology Showcase pitching session at 15.30pm on October 15.
