eAgronom raises another €1.2 million to expand its digital consultancy services and launch operations in Australia

On Wednesday, eAgronom announced that it had raised another €1.2 million of convertible equity funding, bringing the company’s total funding to date to around €4.5 million. Early next year, the company plans to raise a €10M series A.

The most recent round included SuperAngel VC (Tallinn), IronWolf Capital (Vilnius), Cats.VC (Moscow), Martin Villig (founder of Bolt), Taavi Tamkivi (founder of Salv) and other angel investors. It is notable that €500.000 in the early financing rounds were raised directly from eAgronom users.

The funding will be used to roll-out its digital consultancy services across more countries outside their home base in Estonia. This service makes cutting edge technology and decision-making support available to farm managers around the world, with the objective to maximise farmer’s profits in a financially and environmentally sustainable fashion. Digital consultancy integrates world-class agronomic expertise with advanced AI powered tools to automate crop rotation plans, integrate satellite NDVI data and analyse financial performance.

eAgronom is building a digital farm manager to help farmers grow food sustainably and profitably while leading the world toward richer soil, healthier food, lower CO2 levels and cleaner nature. Founded in Estonia in 2016, eAgronom captured 70% of local market in 6 months and has since expanded into 7 countries.
